LinchpinOps Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using LinchpinOps' Services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. We may modify this policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.

1. General Conduct

When using LinchpinOps Services, you agree to:

• a) Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• b) Respect the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• c) Use the services only for lawful purposes.
• d) Adhere to the terms outlined in your Customer Agreement with LinchpinOps.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1 Illegal or Harmful Activities

• a) Engaging in any activity that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• b) Promoting, encouraging, or facilitating any illegal activities.
• c) Transmitting or storing any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

2.2 Security Violations

• a) Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account, network, or system.
• b) Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the services or third-party data contained therein.
• c) Conducting or promoting any type of network scanning, penetration testing, or vulnerability assessment without explicit written permission from LinchpinOps.

2.3 Network Abuse

• a) Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or any form of unsolicited commercial messaging.
• b) Engaging in any activities designed to adversely impact the availability, reliability, or stability of LinchpinOps Services.
• c) Attempting to circumvent or disable any usage limits or restrictions on the services.

2.4 Content Restrictions

• a) Uploading, transmitting, or storing any content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• b) Distributing malware, viruses, or any other malicious code or files.
• c) Hosting or transmitting content that is excessively violent, incites violence, threatens violence, contains harassing content, hate speech, or advocates discrimination against individuals or groups.

2.5 Reselling or Redistribution

Reselling, redistributing, or syndicating LinchpinOps Services is permitted only with prior written authorization from LinchpinOps. Customers interested in reselling our services must obtain explicit endorsement and enter into a separate agreement with LinchpinOps before engaging in any reselling activities.

3. Monitoring and Enforcement

LinchpinOps reserves the right to:

• a) Monitor compliance with this AUP, although we are not obligated to do so.
• b) Investigate any violation or potential violation of this AUP.
• c) Remove, disable access to, or modify any content or resource that violates this AUP.
• d) Suspend or terminate your access to the services without prior notice if we determine you have violated this AUP.
• e) Report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it immediately to support@linchpin.cafe. Please provide as much detail as possible to assist us in investigating the issue.

5. Consequences of Policy Violations

Violations of this AUP may result in various actions, including but not limited to:

• a) Issuance of a warning.
• b) Temporary suspension of services.
• c) Termination of your account and access to LinchpinOps Services.
• d) Legal action, including seeking injunctive relief, monetary damages, and/or other remedies.

6. Modifications to the Policy

LinchpinOps reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. We will notify customers of any material changes by posting the new version on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
